Thank you for shopping with us! We take great pride in creating custom activewear, hoodies, and T-shirts tailored to your preferences. Here’s what you need to know about shipping:

Processing Time: Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Time: Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 days from the date your order is processed. Please note that during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, shipping times may vary.

Shipping Fees: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Return Policy
We want you to be delighted with your custom items, but if you need to return something, here’s our policy:

Return Window: You may return your items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Custom items that have been personalized cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@hellodivinessence.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include your original order number and the reason for your return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

In-Store Credit

After 30 Days: If you wish to return an item after the initial 30-day return period, you will receive an in-store credit for the amount of the purchase. This credit can be used towards any future purchase from our store.

In-Store Credit Validity: In-store credit is valid for one year from the date of issuance and is non-transferable.

Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
Defective or Incorrect Items

Defects: If you receive a defective item or if we sent the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the defective or incorrect item and will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
